Phoenix has been in use at the University of Leeds since July 2022. 

The cross-faculty of Business, Environment, Social Sciences (BESS+ FREC) were the first to use it.

Since January 2024, we have released Phoenix to the Faculties of Arts, Humanities and Cultures (AHC) and Engineering & Physical Sciences (EPS), as well as the Faculty of Biological Sciences (FBS) and all of the Faculty of Medicine and Healthcare (FMH).

Paper-based applications are no longer be accepted by any FREC or School REC using Phoenix.
